Hot Rolled Coil/ Sheet

Produced through the process that metal is passed or deformed between a set of work rolls and the temperature of the metal is generally above its recrystallization temperature.

Cold Rolled Coil/ Sheet

BILLETS

A semi-finished steel form that is used for long steel products: bars, angles, profiles, channels or other structural shapes. The outer dimensions of a billet are in the range of 13 to 45 square centimeters.

BLOOMS

A semi-finished steel form, with a rectangular cross-section that the reduction of a bloom to a much smaller cross-section can greatly improve the quality of the metal.

SLABS

Typically 106 cm to 203 cm wide and 5 cm to 25 cm thick, slabs are re-rolled to form flat products such as hot rolled coils and plates.
